I have the same car seat!! I have the visor I just don't have the infant support pillow, I'm just going to use rolled up receiving blankets

model & serial # and manufactured date.

I hope I don't step on anyone's toes but adding anything to a carseat that was not sold with it can jeopardize the safety of the seat. @gracelynsmom26 I figured you'd want to know. I know I would. you can contact the manufacture about getting the replacement head rest. :-)

Is it for free? I'm having my baby girl tomorrow and I had no idea I could do that! I got mine from a friend also and I do have the serial number and everything. I wish someone would of told me this!! @jomommaclark

well I don't have this one I have a baby trend one it did cost me $11 that included shipping too.
