It's been 2 months since I gave birth to my 4th child, and I still am in awe of my natural birth! I had my other 3 children with an epidural, but since my first child, I've always wanted to try natural. Well, I put it into my mind that I was going to do it this time around! I told my husband and the nurse that no matter what, do not give into me saying I want an epidural. @caseclosed2015 You can definitely do it! Start you tubing videos and techniques, so that you get it set in your mind that no matter what your going to do it and pray on it! You go this😉

@lezus You can do it! I you tubed natural births and got a lot of tips! I prayed about it daily! My focal point was the clock for each contraction. YOU CAN DO THIS! 😍When is your due date?
Thank You I certainly needed that motivation... my husband doesn't understand why I wouldn't want the epidural since it takes the pain away... he keeps saying why wouldn't u get it...
