Neighbors are having a huge party. Cars all down our street, music blaring-it's so loud. They're my next door neighbors. I can hear the music in their backyard over my television. When would be the appropriate time to call and file a noise complaint? I am not one to ever do something like this, but I'm pregnant and tired.

@momtog89 if you call they will tell you what time. I know when my neighbor called about my dog barking(when all dogs bark when ppl walking late at night) they told her that it had to be for 15mins( 17th at had to hear it non-stop) and after 11pm

I fucking hate my Neighbors!!! They are blasting music at 12:42 am and they keep getting louder the later it gets and I am trying to get my daughter down to sleep and cant because of them and my 3 month old is about to wake up because of them!!! I just want to go over there and break that fucking speaker and punch ever one in the face and throat but i have kids to take care of so i cant go to jail.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Um, so ya!! Walking my dog outside and I hear some banging on a window. I look over and my neighbors were butt naked getting. It. On. ???????
