Yes a flowy maxi dress is worry free. Make sure there isn't any elastic at the waist or under the bust.

A maxi dress works great every time. You get great air flow and nothing to adjust. Nice and Flowy
theres always those tops that are tight around the boob area but flare out on the rest of the shirt
