I gave birth a week and a half ago. When can I start working out? Do I have to wait the six weeks? I just really really am not liking the belly fat I have:/ I know it's recent but still...

@natsmommy, my husband gained a ton of baby weight with me so we are getting a gym membership as soon as dr says I can work out. For now I'm on Pinterest pinning ideas and making plans!

I feel your pain! I'm 10days pp and have been looking up easier ways to eat healthy and workout with a baby! Can't wait for the dr to clear me!
