People are driving me nuts. Like if they want an extra ultrasound, pay for an elective scan.

@snarfyk, oh no, my OB already plans on following this pregnancy along with MFM. I wouldn’t leave Dr.Birnbaum. He came in the middle of the night to meet me in the ER. He is wonderful. Thank you for your advice, and the warning about the appointment and questions,

It’s nice to get extra pictures, but then I think about the long term effects of all these ultrasounds, what does it mean for me, for my little tiny baby.

@_guesswho, nope. I should be “thankful” because I’m “lucky” she also stated that they would catch it early this time. Little did she know it was caught as early as it could be considered concerning.

My first I had two extra growth scans due to her being small, but her growth stayed on track luckily. It’s just scarier remember why I have all these extra ultrasounds scheduled.

The worst for me is my daughters heart was beating, she was growing and moving up until she was born. So having to have my Cervix measured monthly is going to be so so stressful. And it’s not like they’re going to spend much time looking at my baby. The extra ultrasounds are all for cervical length

@februarymomx2 ohh okay that makes a very busy and stressful pregnancy.. but you got this don't let ppl get to you. It's hard 2 out of 3 times iv gone to the first ob apt iv been told my baby won't make it. When I had my daugher every apt was a overload of emotions and fear.

@monkeysmommax2, I’m just trying to enjoy everyday that I am pregnant in hopes that it won’t be the last.
