thank you I will look them up , because I noticed when she is on my chest in this position she kinda bops her head,toward my nipple

It's awkward because it's not natural for her to be in that position. Babies are born with the natural ability to nurse by crawling up your belly. YouTube has some great videos.

The position she's in in this picture is a great way to get her to latch. Just lay back a little and allow her to find your breast. Look up "laid back nursing" and "the breast crawl".
