After a bunch of research and doing disposable diapers with my oldest child I have decided to use cloth diapers with this one. Does anyone here use cloth or have used cloth that can offer any advise?
Ladies who use cloth diapers!! Have you used these before? Suggestions? My mom is looking for the original cloth diapers with the rubber cover and can't find them.
What do you guys think of cloth diapers?
Im a FTM and I'm really deciding on Cloth diapers... any of you ladies use them...or both disposable and cloth? I say disposable for when someone in the family babysits and don't know how to use the cloth diapers #HelpPlease

love them!!! only down side is u can't use diaper cream. I use coconut oil though!

You can't use use diaper cream that's petroleum jelly based on synthetic fabrics. You can use water based on synthetic fabric or any kind on natural fibers. @alicia3_21

I have a blog all about cloth diapering www.thehowtohippie.com and a Facebook page (just search thehowtohippie) best place to start is figuring out the type of cloth diaper you want to use. And even those handmade diapers like the ones above are extremely cute the reality is most WAHM diapers can be very pricy for good reason they're a lot of work to make, however most of the time it would not be very cost effective to build a whole stash from custom diapers IMHO

@alicia3_21, most cloth is made from synthetic fibers so you are right to not use diaper cream I was just letting you know
