There should always be someone on call

I usually spot after sex and my OB says it's nothing to worry about. But call just so you have some peace of mind :)

Also since you're past 28 weeks you can call the hospital you're delivering at, and ask for the Labor & Delivery department. Then say you need to speak to a nurse and tell her what's going on, they'll let you know if you need to go in and be seen. Past 28 weeks you don't go into the ER, you just go straight to labor and delivery and they'll check you!!

I was spotting pinkish a tad bit might just be bc of sex but wanted to see what she had to say cause apparently I should let her know either way

Just call the main office she works in and ask for her, they should just transfer you to her office.

I would try calling the main department number; at the very least they should be able to give you a number to call. Good luck!
