Maternity photoshoots?? Are they awkward? I've never done anything like it. Do I get my hair or makeup done for it?…

I did it and LOVED IT! There is a few pictures in my profile. It wasn't awkward at all, I had the best time and the pictures after are such great memories. I did my own hair and makeup but I have friends who have gotten it done, your choice! You should do it!

Not really awkward especially if you have someone you kind of know do it. It's their job so they usually make you feel pretty comfortable! You don't have to go get yourself done up for it, I did my own hair and make up. Look on Pinterest, you'll find awesome picture ideas that'll get you super excited. Do it! :)

My family wants me to do them! I feel like it might be awkward but so many women do it and i don't want to regret not doing it when the pregnancy is over!

@emilywebb Yours are gorgeous! Sooo.. North Carolina isn't too far away do you want to come do my hair, cuz yours looks amazing haha what do you use to curl it? I'll probably do my own makeup and nails. Hair is just harder for me :/

@jstncrazy2 yea I actually received the shoot for my baby shower! I'm running out of time to do it, but I definitely feel like I would regret doing it. I'm going to just fight through feeling awkward haha @queendavis yea I don't know her at all but she seems to be young and she's worked with some of my in-laws so I'm hoping it won't be awkward. I'm just not good at being he center of attention you know? That's a great idea though! I love Pinterest 😊

@babygirllove, aw yours are very pretty, as well!! Did you get to choose your own location? Or did she pick it for you?

I could have, but since I'm new to the area I left it up to her. I found pictures I liked and she went and found this location and made the lace dress for me. it was three locations, probably about 10 outfit changes and almost 4 hours.

@babygirllove Wow! That's amazing! Mine is only an hour. She's going to contact me tonight about details. That lace dress is so pretty. That's kind of what I'm envisioning for mine!
