no problem fenugreek is simple just a natural herb you take tea you have to prepare lol

you will just rest, eat, drink water and a glass of brewed tea a day, pump if you wish and take fenugreek😊 also you feed for 15-20 minutes om each side or as long as baby wishes and when baby wishes😊 so if baby wants to eat every hour and a half then let it😊

I used to feed baby and then pump what was left. that way you make more milk and baby gets what it wants first😊

normally they don't finish on the side they left off so to ensure they get all the good fatty milk then you can pump the other bread while feeding on the other OR you can finish the side she was on and start up on the other one if you are engorged with a fast letdown for a total of 30mins combined... does that make sense?

@ce5ce, I plan on breastfeeding and pumping to store milk. I have no idea what to do about pumping 😭

with a newborn if you are exclusively pumping you do that every hour and a half like how they normally eat or an hour at host to establish supply. the first few days I would maybe be easier to let baby latch to cluster feed so s(he) could bring your actual milk in unless you have problems with latching. If you do both pump and latch weather simultaneously or to empty your a boob right after a feeding please remember that a pump doesn't extract milk as good as your baby so don't think just because you're pumping only a little that that's all your producing. at night you can pump/feed every 3hrs. if feeding then you feed when baby cries
