its easy honey. boil ur chicken keep water and let chicken cool so u can shred it in chunks. set aside make your rice cook rice no oil . just put in a pot over fire and stir to not burn it but get some color ( i use 1 cup rice) then add 1 1\2 cup of the water u cooked ur chicken in. add 2 - 2 1\2 tablespoons of knorr tomato bouillon w chicken flavor. let boil 6-7 min then add cooked chicken and simmer w lid on low about 20 min or until rice cooked. @rainbowboyvincentluke

@queeneden, cool glad u liked it, i used to make it soupy when i was younger and throw shredded cheese in it my kids loved it that way. but now when i keep the lid on it and simmers it takes up the water so it not soupy but not super dry either. so either way for your taste! and i actually left out that i add 2 boiled jalepenos from blender. i like it spicy too but not the hunny so when im in a bad mood ill put it in and he wont eat as much haha so evil .

lol that's awesome. I love spicy. I just added some of the broth from the chicken and made each bowl a little soupy. I'll be making this more often.
