Sorry TMI but I need some advice or what your situation was after baby.
I had a natural birth and didn't tear 2 weeks ago on Friday. I'm not bleeding anymore and I am curious as to when you felt/knew you were ready to do it again?

I didn't tear as well but I waited I think four weeks and was still nervous. Idk I was worried he was gonna like hurt something. It honestly took me until like last week to be ok with it and my son will be eight weeks on Thursday

I waiting to 4 weeks postpartum but they suggest 6 weeks to make sure your healing up well

I waited 3 weeks after having my twins and I had one stitch from a small tear. No issues.

They also suggest 6 weeks because you're hella fertile after a baby.

Docs usually recommend 6 weeks minimum

what @manders13 said. I had no tears and a natural birth, but didn't want to risk Irish twins lol I waited until two days before my six week appointment
