Thank you @february2016 my first birth was a terrible hospital experience and then I had two miscarriages before conceiving my rainbow baby and I am so extremely excited for this birth at home- I feel like it will be such a needed HEALING experience! ❤️

That's good news! My baby is head down and I've been trying to get her to turn around from front to back.

@ananasbaby, I actually used therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil on top of my belly and a lot of downward dog like stretching- from either standing or on my knees but I swear the peppermint oil made him flip the first day I did it lol

@queeneden, hopefully labor contractions will help flip baby into optimal birthing position when the time comes but I've heard a lot of hands and knees rocking can help with getting baby to move into the best position also

Yep. That's what I've been doing among all the other moves.lol My midwife is strongly encouraging me to get her to turn around as back labor is no fun.

ya I know what you mean by horrible I was having my last lil girl and they almost made me roll and break her neck cause they were holding gas mask or whatever to my face and I was pointing they almost didn't catch her too
