laying in bed and I am lactating all over my sheets!  Are any other mommies leaking yet? I'm 37weeks4days and I am having pain around my nipples from not relieving them but I don't want to pump cuz my baby will need the colostrum.  Maybe it's a sign baby is coming soon?!

hand expressing is just when you express milk with you're hand it's hard work. it's nice to just take the edge off. you can do it in the shower makes it easier

pumping or hand expression can send you into labor! that's what finally sent me into labor

I've heard hand expressing in the shower is okay if you really need to, just not the pumping
