Not baby related
My husband was logging today and his friend who he logs with heard a loud scream coming from another part of the timber where another logging crew was logging. The mother and five babies were crushed and this one was trapped in wire and bushes. I'm a huge animal lover and I have cared for a lot of Forrest animals. My husbands friend called my husband asking him what to do with this baby coon. And the owner of the logging company my husband works for brought me this little guy. He was a mean little critter when I first got him, but after cleaning his wounds and feeding him he is like a little kitten. I called the DNR and they told me I could keep him. So now I need to come up for a name for this little guy
I'm just glad my husbands friend found him cause he would of been stuck there and would of ended up being another animals dinner. It's sad that the other logging company didn't even care that they killed his mom and the other babies and left this one to suffer and die, people are so cruel
He doesn't have rabies but since he will be around other pets and people he's gotta have the shot
The big boss of the DNR (which is my uncle) is gonna stop by to check him and give him the rabies shot. If it wasn't for my uncle I wouldn't be able to keep him.
Lol I've seen videos of them stealing dog food and walking off like they didn't do anything, a full grown raccoon came up to my mom last night and tried to eat her shoe string 😂
meeko was always getting into stuff in the Disney movie and stealing food lol
Awe so sweet! I wonder if you could give him some baby tylonol for the pain? poor little guy! @akelly16 Meeko is super cute!
Yea his poor little leg is torn and the Patting on his foot is pretty much gone. But he should be healed in a few weeks. I have a shed full of animal supplies lol.
He is adorable I fell in love with him when I first seen him, even though he was a mean little burger after an hour of taking care of him he's a big ole lover
I'm an animal lover too. I cried reading about mom and babies! Thank you for keeping this little one safe!
We have decided to name him RJ 😍
