This is killing me. I've been trying to get back into pumping. This morning I pumped only an ounce for both sides and this afternoon I only pumped half an ounce. I made a lactation milkshake this morning so I'm hoping it will kick in soon. I am so emotional over this because I wanted to exclusively breastfeed my son for at least the first year. At the rate I'm going I don't think I'll be able to. I feel like I've failed my son by giving him formula. I don't know what I'm going to do. 😢😭😞
I also recommend kellymom as a resource. It can be a bit "hippie" for my taste but it has a lot of great info :) ссылка
Here's a helpful link that shows how a power pump works... Pump 20 mins, rest for 10 mins, pump for ten, rest for ten... It simulates cluster feeding and stimulates supply ссылка
Have you tried a power pumping session? Drink tons of water too!!
pumping stimulates more milk production as well as feeding ur little one on demand
it takes about 3-4 days for your supply to increase again. keep drinking the lacatation smoothie once daily and u should def see an increase

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Good luck!!
