My son has gas, at times he's inconsolable and cries and cries. What's the best medicine for gas that'll give him…

@mariceladez, I'm not sure, I have never used gas drops before...but I think gripe water is all natural or at least what I got was which is called mommy's bliss. it worked for her but we did have to switch formula because she was so gassy all the time that we were going through so much gripe water...now we only have to use it once in a while or for the hiccups lol.

my mom bought him infant gas relief stuff and gripe water... tried the had relief stuff first how long til I can try the gripe water? @eskawho

gripe water always worked for my little one within seconds...that stuff is awesome

I was told to lay a baby on there back and take there legs and bicycle them. I guess its a gas relief

Aww I know..I hope u find a remedy but try that gripe water, my brother swears by it!

I know, isn't it crazy? @emmajeremy2627 yes he poops quite a bit.. and he likes his swing but when he goes into these fits he doesn't care for it

The past two nights he's been up at night crying a lot, the first night it started he was up from 3AM to 5 something in the morning. At first he was just crying like that at bedtime but today he's been on and off, earlier he cried so hard he was super red and all sweaty. I don't eat a lot of dairy. Would his pediatrician be able to tell if he was lactose intolerant? @dallasdawn13

if he's breastfed and lactose intolerant and you eat a lot of dairy itll give them a tummy ache and gas! I had to put my son on soy milk because of it

can't believe he's 2weeks already.. it seems like just yesterday you had him.

but swings can help I know mos who have had babies with colic and swings were the only thing that calms them. you can also try tummy massages. has he gone to the bathroom? if he hasn't he could be crying cause he's constipated.
