I wouldn't try any herbal supplements till you do your research.. there is a book I got that's called "the best fertility herbs and superiors for fast concept" by Sally Moran... I'd read through those and decide whay is best for you some could really screw with you! and I personally love my plexus it's all natural and a ton of people have had amazing results for a ton of different things!... also tracking your basal body temperature, your cervical mucous, and your periods on an app all help!

You can eat it straight up (which is too strong for my taste) mix it in a blender with a fruit smoothie or put it in the clear gelatin capsules. It helps with fertility, energy, stress reliever etc.

Enjoy your time being married without kids. It took us about 14 months of hardcore trying to conceive.. I wanted a baby right away but I am so so thankful my husband asked to wait..We will be married 4 years this fall and as excited as we are to become a family of 3 we both are sad that our two of us chapter is closing.

if you can figure out your cycle and try when you know your ovulating is the best time. also don't blame yourself it could be the mans. like maybe sperm count is low or something? I'm not sure about it all.

You should use a period tracker app , it tells you what days you ovulate and when your fertile!
