after getting treated for preterm labor two weeks ago, given magnesium sulfate, steroids, and brethine to stop baby boy from coming and to stop contractions. then finding out I was dilated 3.7cm and 80% effaced, along with a positive fetal fibronectin test. i am wondering could I
still dilate further or contracting still without even knowing it
So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation. Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on . I hope my fluids stay consistent.
Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
So as you guys know, I got sent home last night still contracting every 3-5 minutes because I wasn't dilating more, it's now 6:30 and I have still been contracting like that all day.. so I called.. and they said I needed to come back in but if I'm not dilated more they are just goin to send me straight back home.. I'm really frustrated! my hospitals close to an hour away.. that's alot of gas money for no reason :,(
Having contractions every 3-4 mins since 4:44 ima try to wait them out BC last time I was having contractions 3 mins apart I wasn't dilating any but I was a finger tip and at my last appointment I was a full centimeter dilated.
Good morning ladies. Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩

My sister dilated and didn't know she did until her water broke and she got to the hospital and she was 6 cm
