HELP..I have the most humiliating question...i hemorrhoids so bad that even sitting down to pee, eat, driving in the car they come out and seem to take days to go away. I'm only 31 weeks pregnant and the baby hasn't dropped yet. is there anything that can help and that i can put to make them go away

Okay ladys!! I need some serious help!! Social services called me today and said that there going to take us to court because of what happened with my daughters dad and my husband!! Does ANYONE know of legal help that we can afford!? Im so scared because they said that it can end in getting my kids taken away from us because they dont think that they are in a safe house! it is most likely from straining when going to the bathroom. they have wipes you can use or creams. I liked the wipes when I had that issue. they have witch hazel on them.
