@varduim, I was reading the label in the back and it says to take it with lunch so that's what I am going to be doing. And yeah I feel normal nothing different .

I have never felt sick with these pills, but I don't take them on an empty stomach. I usually take it with lunch, or sometimes dinner. I hope they don't make you throw up. Do you feel ok now after taking it?

@varduim, I was going to start tomorrow but I just took one like half an hour ago. When u take them do u throw up ? My sister told me they make u throw up but I don't feel nothing

@varduim, that's what I was told too that it's for the babies health but didn't know they were to help you get pregnant . But I'm still going to start taking them since I'm trying .

To be honest, I'm not sure. I started to take them because I read it is good to take prenatals even before you become pregnant, but I didn't know that they might help with conceiving. We were unsuccessful for 2 months, before I started taking the vitamins. So it's possible that they helped, because I did become pregnant.

@varduim, would you say they helped you ? I am barely going to start tomorrow. And my fertile window is until next week from the 3rd to the 8th and will also be trying pre-seed

These are the same prenatals I take, and I started taking them about 1.5 months before I conceived. Good luck. :)
