I'm looking for a PCOS diet. My weight is at 195 and I'm looking to get down to 175 or 180 in a few weeks. I'm horrible with diets, watching food intake & calories. I'm also on a very tight budget.
You can try and cut out carbs and meat. When I cut out both I lost 10-15lbs easily. (I also don't eat a lot of sugar which helps too). Try to eat clean as you can. And if you can't cut out meat at least try eating fish/lean meats only :)
