So my fertile window just ended today and I'm feeling some very light cramping. Is this a normal sign? I know, little early for those kinds of questions but this was my first medicated cycle (provera and Metformin) and I wasn't sure if they caused this or was this something that just happens.

I use to cramp during ovulation. That's how I knew I was fertile at that time.

The cramping persisted after my fertile window and at 8 dpo I found out I was pregnant.

how are you tracking your ovulation?.. you could be ovulating later then the app says.. especially of your not 100% regular on your period I typically suggest taking OPK'S to know for sure and another really good one that I read is tracking ceria mucous

I do track my CM @aphrodite2014 . yesterday was O because CM was super stretchy and today has returned back to like school glue.

that's good if you ovulated yesterday though the cramping could be implantation but I doubt it because that usually takes up to 8 days or so to implant.
