I would be worrying about getting a car seat. The hospital will not let you leave without one. Yard sales, Craigslist, and consignment shops are good places to check.

@tristenmyers, I would feel horrible if u shipped that especially with u being a single mother!! U are for sure a strong woman! I am asking at church if there any way anyone there can help and ill for sure start a go fund me thing. iv seen then around but didnt want to seem too desperate. I was under the impression that you were in desperate need for your child and I just offered about $500 worth of baby stuff that anybody would be grateful for. But okay, my bad I guess. For future reference, you may want to re-word your desperate "cry for help" because if your honest intentions were to only obtain money from a gofund or only brand new items for a baby supposedly in "desperate need" then one might misunderstand. Either way, my offer no longer stands. Hope things work out for you and your baby.

I was more of thinking it woukd cost a lot to send it. yes i do need it but i would feel horrible cause ur a single mom and ur baby guna be here soon that u would need it. i do need things its just the fact that i didnt want to take if ur baby needs it as a single mom

@tristenmyers, I don't think she meant it that way to ship those items are extremely expensive so she was being considerate to your pockets because you did mention you were a single parent. That's why she said what she said .

@landon1002, you still have time baby clothes aren't important but definitely a car seat, diapers and stroller. You will make it love . Don't stress yourself out those things will come when you least expect it . Just take it easy for the sake of your child. Keep working hard and asking for donations and whatever it is you need for your child and those items that you need will come. Remember you still have time.

@phasion, i cant even say thank you enough!!! i am so glad there are some people that do understand. And i am seeing all i can do to make sure i have things. I do have some time I just dont know where else to really go and i have nobody so thank you for understanding!!

wow.that was very rude of those girls. are you having a boy or girl? you are only 24 weeks so you have plenty of time. take a deep breath and just relax. I know that's easier said than done but you will get through and if you go to your church they will help you too. you could always put out an ad on craigslist asking for baby items.

@courtney_boyea, Im having a boy and I know i do have some time thats why i said i would look and see what i could do b4 her spending all kinds of money when she flat out said she didnt have funds and that she is a single mom. didnt think that would have been taken the wrong way.

Wow I don't understand how you saying you'd feel horrible for her spending money on shipping turned into you only wanting money... You didn't come off that way momma! Things will come your way and your baby will get he needs.
