Can a baby sleep on a pillow ? I know a baby is suppose to sleep on his/her back but what if the baby is sleeping on it's back but head on a pillow ? So the baby won't be so flat.

no pillows are not OK unless doctor recommended or baby can support its own head

Boppy is fine but no pillows in your bed or the baby bed

not that I'm aware of. the pillow elevates the head and can cause airflow restrictions. I'd say keep baby flat until at least they are a toddler

I don't think you're supposed to have them sleep on pillows and stuff until the have head control. otherwise they risk getting stuck in a position they can't get out of and suffocating

So I’m 21wks and can not stop sleeping on my back ! I keep hearing it’s bad for me, but I can’t help it. I got a pregnancy pillow that didn’t help and even when I try to sleep on my side I wake up on my back. With my first, back sleeping was very uncomfortable so I stayed on my side but with this one it’s the opposite! Anyone know if sleeping on my back will cause problems for the baby?
