My mom is taking the first shift of baby "duty" so I can get some sleep. To be honest... I feel really terrible that she is because she's been packing up our house all day to prepare for our move this weekend and I've been lounging around all day. It's not fair to her, but I'm so tired. I just want to cry because I feel bad and I'm exhausted. 😭😭😭

My mom did the same when I got custody of my godson , and what she said helped a lot . This is word for word. "When it gets time that he has kids and has these kind of nights, your mothering comes out because all you do is make sure your baby is okay, even if it means helping them with their babies, I'm used to it, Your not yet, it's okay now go get some sleep"

@havynsmomma0625, no lie I just cried reading that. It sounds like something my mom would say to me. Thanks girl for the words of encouragement. 😕 I have to admit I don't feel right without my baby on my chest though. It's the only way he will go to sleep.

That's what mama's are for and the next best thing are grandmas! Your little munchkin will do just fine with grandma, get your sleep girl.
