For me it wil be in July so I warn barbecue like hot dogs, hamburgers potatoes salad etc

just go simple and quick, maybe some different types of salad (macaroni salad, potato salad, tossed salad,) , maybe some finger sandwiches, some chicken, ribs, burgers, hot dogs, maybe some different rices,...are you having a caterer, or is family cooking?
