Well even though my family is ignoring me today hubby and his family have been going out of their way to make me smile. 👍

My only shoes got ripped to bad to stay on my feet a few days ago and I've been a bit embarrassed because I couldn't afford new ones so I just didn't go out 👟 today his parents came over and brought me 2 new pairs of shoes and a personal fan since I won't have A/C for awhile. Idk if they have any idea how much it meant to me to be remembered but I bawled like a baby.

On top of that, hubby's uncle owns a string of rental houses and today hubby's dad gave us the key to one of them and said they had paid it for the month so we have time to figure out where to go since my family crapped out on us. I love my family but never have they made me feel as cared for as hubby's family just did. 💙 I have some errands to do today before we're out of our house but then we're having ice cream cake with his family and then him and I are going to dinner 🍝🍝🍝

It's not the day I wanted. But maybe it's the day I needed 💞💞💞

I suppose family is definitely a lot more than just the people who raised you
