@arthuranna26 well from the age of 16 to 24 I was busy helping my sister raise her kids. Then my Mom and Dad passed away close together shortly after and then I was focused on my sister because she made some bad choices. Then I met my SO and we started our own family. Now I'm just too old to do it and my SO would never go for it.

I was a surrogate. I highly recommend doing some homework and go with an agency that’s trusted and one that you’re comfortable with. They will get everything ready for you. Lawyers and funds so you don’t have to stress about it. And it’s always best to make sure you’re done having your own children just in case if things go wrong.

There’s a lot of testing that you’ll have to do and your dh would have to go through some testing also.

The agencies also look for laws in your state regarding surrogacy. In my state, a same sex couple can not both be on the birth certificate along with other back assward laws lol.

My sister is currently a surrogate.. she is carrying twins ! The lady is very very grateful with her they tried for years with no success.

@arthuranna26, Your welcome hun. I see child death more than anyone should as a Trauma nurse in a busy ER and on those days, my will is definitely tested. I can’t even look at the parents 😣 I would be doing it for the same reasons as you. There are so many loving and capable people that just can’t do it without some help, bless your heart ❤️! Your doing some good and giving the best gift!
