Hey Postpartum Moms,

Are you interested in joining a group for moms who want to shed that extra baby weight? @Rachaelbutsch and @iloveni0820 want to create a group for moms to think up fun activities, healthy recipes, workout recommendations, and more to inspire each other and keep each other on track. Just comment here with your name and follow these two moms, who will be organizing the group. Everyone can follow each other. Then post what's been working for you, any new type of fitness plan or meal that others might want to try for themselves.

Also did you know that you can switch to your Favorites Feed to see only the moms you follow? Just select it in main menu, and you'll see what all your friends are up to.

Hi Preggies, We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encouragement or just lend an open ear. One or two of you could also lead the group as well. Also, if anyone has a counseling background or would like to help out, please join, too. However, if you are feeling completely desperate and have nobody to turn to, please call 911 or another local hotline for help. Best, Preggie_USA
