athenas_mommy I'm taking fenugreek it helped increase my milk by an ounce each boob

I wont be due for another two weeks and I will be breastfeeding so Im looking into a breastpump. my insurance company offers the Madela pump n style and Hygeia Q which Ive never heard of. Have any of you ladies heard of the Hygeia Q saod to be a closed system hospital grade where as the Madela isnt although I know its more popular??? I dont want to go with popular I want to go with whats best.

Any breastfeeding tips...ive tried it in the past but was not as successful as i wanted to be. Any foods that help produce milk ? what should i stay away from anything that may hinder my milk production? Freezing tips I thought freezing was kind of grose ? ....thanks in advance

helpedbytmh did u try getting one through your health insurance? Sometimes they'll pay for some, if not all
