my 11,months old baby girl coughs a lot in the night when she's asleep, during the day she's just fine!!!! what could be making her sick when she's asleep to cough like that 😨???!!!

So my little girl is doing much better today, since I gave her Tylenol @8 am the fever hasn't returned.. I think she's getting better, she's active playing her little self again.
