I had the worst charlie horse last night, I was crying.. 😁😁 but on a good note I have a doctors appointment today to hear my baby boys heart beat 💙

My coworker told me to stand up right as soon as you feel it coming even if you think you can't get up and I did it the other day and it went completely away. No after pain either. Try that

Lol ya same! And went you stand up stretch a little. Saved me five minutes of bad bad pain
