So I post on here way too much. Sorry ahead of time. ( my bf won't "allow" me to have Facebook or Instagram so this is the only social website I have). Okay. So I just got a super expensive brand new bed set that has white sheets. I simply ask that he takes a shower before bed so he doesn't get my new stuff a mess, or at least washes his feet. To remind you he only takes showers when I yell at him and make him. It makes absolutely no sense because I take showers every single night. He is SO dirty and unsanitary and it disgusts me. Is anyone else's guys like this? WTF.
Please get out of that relationship! I was in an abusive relationship for a little over 3 years when I was 16. He started out very sweet and it was my first "real" relationship. Then he started being very controlling, and verbally abusive. He belittled me and made me feel like no one else would ever want to be with me. Then he started putting his hands on me. He slapped me, punched me, pushed me down the stairs... He even tried to run me over with his car while I was walking down the sidewalk! I didn't want to leave him bc I had never been in a long term relationship, and he "loved me." But that's not a real relationship. Almost 6 years later and I'm in one of the healthiest (and not the only other "real" relationship since him) I've ever been in. You are young- that's what dating is all about, so you don't have to be stuck with the wrong person the rest of your life. It's so you can find someone who loves and respects you. Please do the right thing for your child and yourself. I wish you the best. You deserve better (and someone who's CLEAN)
@babymama1015, I feel you on that one. Im so excited to meet my little boy. :)
Yeah, I don't care really that the father is pretty much a piece of crap. But I love my peanut more than anything and I'm SO excited to see baby when he/she comes!! @jaspersmama61315
@babymama1015, seems like guys with family problems have hygiene problems. I don't know what the correlation is but it needs to stop. Hahahah. My ex's teeth were ALL SORTS of effed up. Like the dude had teeth worse than an old donkey!! They stuck out in all directions. You are probably wondering why I was with him for a year, and why he is the father of my child? Well he is a musician (I have a weakness for musicians), he was kind at first, and we just worked well together at the beginning. I wasn't about turning someone down just because of their jacked up smile. :) I look back on everything crappy he did and I wish I would have. But then again I wouldn't have the blessing of this little boy due June 13th.
I completely forgot about the teeth issues. He has cavities on his front teeth. HIS FRONT! Like a lot of them. And he thinks he doesn't have them in the back!? What a joke! Ew. We never ever Kiss. He now brushes his teeth once a day at night. But for a whole year he didn't . At all. So fraaking discusting. And he was givin up for adoption to his grandparents at 7 but he has all kinds of family issues I hate them all for SO many reasons. @jaspersmama61315
Yes! My ex was exactly like this when we started dating. I moved in with him last summer and no lie I had to teach the boy how to wash his hair. If I didn't demand that he take a shower he wouldn't for days on end. I had to insist that he brush his teeth too. My ex lost his mom when he was around 5 years old to a brain aneurism. I'm convinced he has SERIOUS mommy issues and took advantage of the fact that I have a motherly disposition with everything and everyone. To be honest, I'm SOOOOOO glad we're no longer together. I don't need that dirt in my life. 😝😤
Haha that kinda make me laugh about the shower thing. But yes I agree. @elenaj
I suggest you leave him . He is showing you major red flags . And the fact he doesn't take showers is not cool either .
Well it's normal to have a fear of the unknown. You need to find your confidence and inner strength! You and your baby's safety is #1. Don't let this jerk intimidate u.
I know and that's kind of the thing, I almost am scared to leave bc he's the first real relationship I've had and that's all I've known for the last two years. I've never done good with change. It's hard to admit but I do have fear in me. @carol0201
Statistically, victims of domestic violence have partners who started out being very controlling like this. Then they end up feeling trapped and too scared to leave. Get out now before things turn ugly. This guy has problems and it's not healthy for him to be this controlling and jealous. Not safe for you and your baby. Accept your families help. That's what family is for.
And ugh ew some guys are so gross. Why can't I have one of those really smelly good clean boyfriends!! Haha (; @emilyyy96___
Yes completely :/ he's super duper mean then a second later he will come over and act like he didn't do anything wrong. Grrrr. @emilyyy96___
my boyfriend has the worst hygiene and very controlling as well... sorry hun :( it doesn't get any better either
your boyfriend sounds a lot like mine.... an asshole!
Omg!! That's terrible!! I agree with you on that one then I would be the same way 😖 @momma_beffers
17, or any age for that matter, is too young to be tied down to a man that doesn't deserve you! Good luck. I hope you take everyone's advice to heart!
I have no doubt about you! I hope everything works out with you and your little one! Best of luck 😀
No court in America will take a child away from his mother because she can't work because of a brain surgery. Trust me. If you do not feel safe or if you are in a relationship with him for the wrong reasons you need to leave him for the sake of your child. That environment is not healthy.
Don't let your pride keeping you from doing what's best for you and your baby! In reality, you're not extremely independent. Since you can't work, you're depending on him. Don't give him that power over you. You need to get away from him, asap. Suck it up and accept help from your family. That's what they're there for.
And I'm deff capable of raising my baby alone because I have SO much experience between babysitting over 20 children the last few years and being the "father" to my little sister all her baby life. I appreciate all you guys opinions it really makes me think and consider different things . @cjw1095
How's the shower unsanitary haha? @momma_beffers for a while it was like every other day because severe "morning sickness" but now I LOVE feeling clean.
abuse doesn't always have to be physical it can be verbal and emotional
it is opposite with me and my bf. lol he takes showers daily. I don't like to bc the shower is unsanitary
just because your 17 doesn't mean anything... you are able to care for the child... I'm sure your mother would help you out with money.. plus you would get child support from him
He doesn't physically abuse me or anything and the only reason I live with him btw is because I'm just extremely independent and chose to move in with him. I'm emancipated so legally allowed. I have an extremely supportive family who offers to buy me everything I need but I hate depending on them. @cjw1095 @imstillhungry @honeybee1219
I know. And literally everyone tells me this.. I am just so lost. I grew up with a shitty father who treated me absolutely terrible and he reminds me SO much of him. I don't want that for my little one at all. My mom says I can live with her but the problem is I had brain surgery last year, so o can't work and of course on top of that I'm preggers. And I'm 17 to make it better. And he always says that he will get custody and I'm so scared he will find a way because his family constantly hands him money so he can get a lawyer and he's older than me (20) so I feel like he would at least get half custody and I can't be away from my baby.
first off he's not your father. .. so if you want to be on facebook and instagram or to even have friends you can... that sounds like an abusive realtionship
This is a major red flag, babymama. Not my business but I don't care. These types of relationships with very controlling, jealous partners can and very often do go terribly wrong.
That's concerningly abusive. Do you think that behaviour is healthy for your child to be around? That's a scary thing you definitely have to think about
Yeah. Mhm. He is super freaking controlling and like just stupid. I also have no friends. Not one. Because again, I'm not "allowed" because apparently they make me fight or I'll magically turn into a lesbian and cheat because that's what he likes to say anyways. Any kind of social life I've ever tried to have he will be cool with it for a week then freaks and acts insane and tries to claim I'm doing something wrong. To remind you I've never cheated or done a thing to make him think that. @imstillhungry
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
My ex is like that ugh 😒
