I've been 3 cm since Saturday I was only 34 weeks 2 days, and I didn't even know I was having contractions and it's still hard for me to tell, I have this consistent achey crampy feeling where my pelvic is and it gets more intense sometimes it gradually comes and gradually goed I've been laying here for an hour trying to determine what's going on, any advice?

yea if they are coming fast then I say go to the er, just to be safe

I have a non-stress test tomorrow at 930 am. I'm trying to see if I can tough it out till then, and I got this same feeling at 4am-6 am.

I would maybe go to the hospital, because I waited until they became intense and I was 6cm
