Hey can anyone give me an idea of what a contraction feels like?
I'm 40 weeks and 5 day. My doctor said to go to the hospital when I feel any contractions since I'm 4 cm dilated. But I haven't gone because I don't think I've felt any. It kinda hurts a little when I feel my little one move or when I walk sometimes but that's about it.😥

Alright do any of you know if it's possible to go into labor without feeling contractions????
@chelsea0820, lol that's what I was told. I know it feels like you have to poop when they're really low and it's almost time to push.
@kelseys, really? bc I feel that sometimes. I didn't know it was a contraction I just thought I was a little crampy

sometimes they feel like bad period cramps... some feel like your stomach righting
yes it's possible. with both of my sons I didn't feel or start to have any contractions till I was 7cm.
