Do you have a baby shower with your second baby? My mom tells ms no but other people say yes

Uh yes...I know I will have one for every baby. I think of it more as a celebration for the baby 😀

depends in my opinion if I have another daughter after this one I won't I'll just use the stuff I already have bur if I have a boy then I will have another showeer

I think if I had already had kids and had showers I'd do more of a meet the baby party afterwards with no gifts.

my mom said not happening this time, but my MIL is giving me one because she hasn't had a grandchild for 7 years and she can't contain her excitement because we're having a girl!!

I had showers for each of my girls and my MIL is already talking about one die this pregnancy. I guess if we have people that are willing to come we should just be grateful. I sure wasn't expecting another shower.

I'll have another one for this baby. With my son I was a single mom && now that I'm with my fiancé I want him and his family to be a part of it, plus by the time I'll have my little one it would have been 4 1/2 years since my first baby shower- not like I saved anything that long. I think it depends on the person/family & how long it's been since baby #1, and if it's the opposite gender than the first then definitely go for it!

I'm on the fence about this also, I was thinking about having a sprinkle and telling everyone if they wanted to bring a gift to bring a pack of diapers and wipes. I had a huge shower for my daughter and we got so many great gifts but didn't use half of them.

I think that you should, I know if I get pregnant a second time, I will have a shower for that pregnancy because it's a reason to celebrate! your bringing a new life into this world, that's something to celebrate about! besides it's nice to get NEW things for your NEW baby. but that's just how my family is, we threw one for my brother with all 6 of his kids and for my other brother when his daughter was born.
