is it safe to eat subway? I'm 24 weeks and I went there with my boyfriend to eat and some old lady was like you shouldn't be eating subway while pregnant I got a Turkey sub and had them microwave it:( I'm nervous now
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

Craving subway but my dr said I can't eat the meat from there cause it sits out... Has anyone eaten subway or had there dr tell them the same thing? I feel like ima die if I don't have a sub soon so any input would be awesome
omg I think subway is the most common pregnancy craving. all day that's all I been seeing and I eat subway everyday waiting for hubby to get home and bring me to subway I can't wait

yes, they just say to be careful because deli meat can have lysteria from the cheese in the deli. so i would be more afraif of deli meat from a grocery store like safeway.
