Anyone's baby's father not come to the baby shower? How did you feel and how did you deal with it?

mine was coed I don't have a lot of female friends so alot of my guy friends came with their girlfriends and my husband was there too along with his family and my mom (my family doesn't live here )

Mine had to work out of town I was mad because I told him ahead of time but his job is funny n he couldn't get off it bothered me that he didn't try harder to take the time off but whatever

My sons father isn't even invited. I'm going to be raising my son on my own. My dad will be the only guy at the shower and I'm 100% okay with that. :)

@zionsmummy, that's how I feel (your last comment). I'm planning on inviting him and his family. If they don't come then so be it.... On another note I've been to plenty of baby showers, never knew there were showers only for women lol. Mine is coed as well.

you will be so busy eating playing games and everyone trying to take pics with u and your belly to even notice if he came or not ... and I think the older ladies think showers are for girls only but not anymore .... I even had games just for the men I had them race to see who could drink the beer the fastest out the bottle then change a shitty diaper hahaha it was fun watching that

I didn't really plan on doing an all girls one, my mom told me baby showers are a girl thing also but I invited everyone boy or girl. I've been talking to my baby's dad about it and I'm not sure if he's coming or not but I thought if be a little embarrassed if he didn't, I'm moving toward feeling ok about it like if he comes he comes if not that's ok too.

Mine is coed. My fiancée tried telling me he won't be there and I told him he better be because if not I'm not having one. He jokes about it but it makes me so mad. It's gifts we're getting for OUR baby.

no I have been to at least 10 showers and they all been coed .... but I guess it depends on the person .... me I'm close to all my family so I wanted everyone to come celebrate my baby not only girls and the men in my family all came played all the games and we had a blast @kcal12 @mamas_mia

Hmm well that's How's it's been for ever baby shower I've been to. @babygirl10-11 .every is different though. It didn't bother me that my boyfriend didn't come, it wasn't a party for him. It was a party for me and baby.

I had a coed shower but my hubby didn't come because he had to work ... it didn't bother me it was for me anyways lol

I haven't asked mine specifically if he plans on coming or not... I do remember a while back when we were still dating and I was pregnant and planning the event he said he thinks it's a waste of money... Not sure if he would come though. I was bummed about it at first but now IDC this is for me an my miracle and we're going to be just fine. 💁🏽

mine didnt. he was working. .actually he has only come to 2 doc appts bc of job. i hate it but its whatever.
