hey ladies. any recommendations on what's the best prenatal vitamin to take?

I couldnt stand the taste of the ones from the doc or really any of them. I stuck to the gummy ones from walmart. Ppl say flintstone childrens vitamins are ok too but they dont have what the baby needs.

The ones that have DHA in them have always been my go to

These are the ones I take and my doctor said hey are perfect and hey taste good.

I like the food/plant based ones. I take Rainbow brand and ever since i switched i haven't had an issue with going potty.

The gummy ones contain sooooo much added sugar that my doctor told me to stay away from them.

I take the ones my midwife prescribed me but I think the ones from costco or BJs are fine too
