I've been craving Mountain Dew. I had one at lunch yesterday (Saturday) and good God I thought my Son got a shot of adrenaline. No joke the kid was practicing some serious karate in my belly.

Yea you'll have to like ween yourself off of caffeine and you shouldn't get headaches anymore. That's if you want to stop drinking caffeinated drinks. @jackee856

you can have 250 mg of caffeine a day.

You are allowed to have caffeine during pregnancy, but shouldn't go over a certain amount..a soda a day isn't going to hurt.

Yea well I didn't realize I drank it that much until then...my aunt told me that we require some type of caffeine in our bodies..if not I would get migranes @amberlee1992

That's a withdraw from caffeine @jackee856 I don't drink it that often. I can stop without getting headaches or anything like that I just don't want to even though it gives me heartburn lol.. Then again EVERYTHING gives me heartburn

Lol I drink Pepsi when I first found out I was pregnant I had stopped drinking it as much and even switched to caffeine free. But when I did that I started getting the worst headaches Ever! so I went back to regular Pepsi and have been fine ever since.

I drink mainly soda and tea. I eat Tilapia (it's a fish) And Tuna (only one can a week) And my doctor said it's completely fine.

i drank dr pepper my whole pregnancy. and root beer. and whatever else. lol my bfs mom would always bitch because it was so "bad" but it was none of her damn business and it was my pregnancy my body my baby. i didnt drink it all day everyday but i did drink it every so often.

You can have some caffeine I forget the amount but it's okay to have

you can have a cup of coffee a day or a can soda a day. there's nothing that proves it bad but there's also nothing that proves its 100% okay that's why they have you keep it to a minimum.

I drank soda my whole pregnant and coffee, and had sushi, and hot dogs. I ate what ever I want and I'm fine and so is my son. all those rules are crazy I think.

I mean 30,years ago they didn't have restrictions like that...and our parents are fine aren't they? do what you want girl.
