Tis true men can be jerks. But the one thing I keep in mind is that my ex wasn't ready to step up and be the father he needed to be. My son will be 100% better off without an alcoholic, drug addict for a father anyway. Plus my dad is so excited to finally have a boy in the house haha.

@jaspersmama61315, you're right. It does seem as though it happens in due time. And compared to some, I haven't been trying for that long. It seems much longer. Since Miscarrying in December though. You're so strong!! I'm so glad you and your sweet baby have a support system. Men are jerks!

@pursuit.of.happiness it will happen. I'm sure you have been waiting for what feels like forever but In God's time he will give you that positive you have been trying and praying for. I'm praying for you. :) My son was a surprise. I wasn't trying for a baby, my ex and I were together for only a year. Once I found out I lost everything I thought I ever needed. My ex insisted on an abortion because HE wasn't ready. About three months ago I found out my ex was actually cheating on me with another girl the entirety of our relationship. I was devastated to say the least. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. But, with the help of some thorough prayer and the support of my parents and baby sister, I am healthy, sober, and due June 13th. I had some sense about me and refused to have that abortion. I couldn't throw away a life that I made the conscious decision to "practice" making. I couldn't do it. Every day I thank God for blessing me with this surprise of a child, although I wish I was married and bringing my son into a happy and loving mommy and daddy situation, I know my son will be loved beyond measure by my parents and my sister, and of course by me. :) praying that God will bless you.

I wish it was relaxing for me!! But we're still playing The waiting game :/ but I can't wait for that positive test so I can start making baby stuff ☺️

@lilithnight yeah his name is Jasper Henry Lee :). @pursuit.of.happiness my son has about five blankets/lovies so far, four pairs of booties, and at least five beanies. Since I got out of my college classes for the summer that's all I do, crochet and watch Netflix. Hahaha. It's so relaxing. :)
