Sooo .Late pregnancy mommies , In your last trimester , anytime after 30 weeks you can start squats !I just finished 25 squats & im 35 weeks & my cervix is at 1 centimeter .Has any other second time mommies advanced labor with squats ? & Has any mommies started squats as early as I have ?

@mommyc, yea nd i would hate that. but no am not stressing making all the walking i do at work

@joana, I am too ! If you open too early they have ways to keep baby up there but no need for extra stress !

omg am a first time mom nd to know that is cool but i dont want to open up more cuz i dont want hher to come early @mommyc

@joana, Luckky you ! Gravity & the weight of the baby work together and open up your pelvic area for a much easier labor !

Definitely just mention it at your next appointment ,safety for baby is always first ! Its also toning for your thighs & guts but you already know that !

That's good to know. ..I heard they can but wasn't sure....may have to try later....I was doing them before pregnancy but doc said shorter cervix so I stayed clear!
