any others mommies in their 3rd trimester getting hot flashes and nausea??? any solutions.

I'm getting hot flashes.. But that's weird I'm not in my third trimester yet.. 😕

I get the hot flashes but I carry a portable fan with me that runs off batteries. Best investment made

yes. hot flashes not so much but nausea. if it isnt terrible I just suck on sour candy. if its bad i take a very low dose anti nausea pill.

yep. havent found a solution. I just deal with it

Lol @ladybugmom my problem is, I'll have them and then I get really cold. such a struggle Lol ecspecially at nights

@lilithnight, how does sour candy help? me and candy haven't really been getting along thru this pregnancy lol

Get you a church fan, you know the paper ones and keep it in your purse. And try crackers with a little honey for the nausea. Idk if it'll help you but french fries and toast was what helped me

I'm definitely going to try that. lord knows everything I eat I get heartburn Lol. its always the yummiest craviable things that give me the heart burn Lol

I'm only in my second trimester and get terrible hot flashes as it is.
