So my 10 month old has these weird pimple like things on her neck and chest? wth are they? no fever, they don't really appear to be bothering her.

yeah for sure. my baby jus had a fever one day and ended up being a urinary infection. better safe then sorry as cheesy as it sounds its so true.

Well apparently my daughter has strep throat. she tested positive for it today. I have an appointment monday for her to find out if her rash is the strep throat related "scarlet fever rash" or chicken pox. So all you mommies out there know, she did not run a fever at all with any of this. So a fever isn't necessarily a guarentee. if you see something like this, definantly just go in and get your baby checked. @mommy_to_be22 @iloveni0820 @babynova12.5.14

it didn't bother my daughter either. if anything it bothered me more. but now her skin is clear. i would still try aquaphor to at least clear the bumps
Yeah I don't know. She's never had a problem with baby acne or eczema, but it doesn't seem to bother her either. Popped up out of no where, and is just kind of hanging around @mommy_to_be22 @iloveni0820 @babynova12.5.14
my baby has this too!!! usually every time I bath him he gets them? or when he sweats !?
it could also be the start of eczema. my daughters looked like that at first. try baby Aquaphor.
At 10 months? I didn't. realize they got baby acne at this point. lol
