Are there any breastfeeding mommies that smoke cigarettes on here? And if so could you tell me how it affected your milk supply? I smoked a few the other day and today because I'm in an extremely stressful situation and I'm worried about my supply now what I did was stupid but hindsight is 20/20.

Ugh just fed my baby formula for the very first time tonight :/ I did because I'm hoping it'll help him sleep because the last few nights he was waking up to be fed every 2 hours...but to be honest I feel so horrible for it :/ he was making some of the funniest faces at first then he'd start gagging which is when I stopped feeding him the formula. Sigh the storms from last night were terrible :/ not to mention Simon didn't let me sleep because of the thunder -.-..any mommas that live in Texas have to endure the storms last night?

I completely forgot to post this here!
I'm 3 months today! I hold my head up wonderfully, I can hold things in my hands it makes mommy so proud! I am teething already mommy feels so sad when I'm hurting :(. I only wake up 2 times a night now to eat. I take 3 15 minute naps during the day sometimes more if I'm lucky lol. I have conversations with mommy and I'm really trying to figure out how to laugh!
I can hardly believe my baby is already 3 months :( Time needs to slow down :(
