How do you know if you have mastitis? my nipple are so sore :( I'm still continuing to pump and breastfeed while bottle feeding as well , she's a very hungry baby. I'm trying to produce more milk but no luck .

I had a large very warm red spot on my breast accompanied by a lump also my breast was producing a "milk booger" as I'd like to call it plus I ran a fever off and on 😔 it's really painful
