Do you ladies have anything that helps cramps? They hurt so bad rn. Every time i move i get a sharp hot pain in my left side, like where my ovaries are. Ugh it makes my eyes tear up. Ive never had cramps this bad before

mine were so bad I had an iud put in which helped so much. I think labor is so different for everyone so it really just depends but they hurt no matter what.
