Hey, just wondering what everybody put in their hospital bags & what did you put it in. like did anybody go buy a hospital bag or just use and old and small suitcase? :D I'm 22 weeks on monday and bored of waiting to so goin to buy everything I'm needing lol
what did everyone pack in their hospital bag and babys hospital bag ? and if your SO stayed with you like mine is , what did he bring ?
When did you all pack your hospital bags? Did you pack one for baby and a separate one for yourself? What did you put in that I'm likely to forget? 💗

What did you bring to the hospital that you are glad you brought? Also what did you wear home from the hospital? I'm trying to pack a bag- I like to be prepared early. Lol

I bought a sort of large gym bag for me and the baby. I put
4x comfy pants
2x bras
3x comfy/baggy tshirts
2x trousers for sleeping in
slippers
2x socks
going home clothes (I recommed joggie bottoms and a baggy top, something that can get ruined incase)
washing stuff eg shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush/paste, deoderant
hairbrush
alot of period pads
a few breast pads
and that"s all I can think of that I took
for baby -
6x sleepsuits
6x vests
26 nappies
going home outfit
I was in hospital for 2 days and I overpacked like sooo much!
I also suggest you take tiny baby, newborn and up to 1month sleepsuits and vests as I was told my baby was going to be 7lbs 10oz and she was only 6lbs 13oz and didn't fit in all the bigger things I had taken! x

I have two baby changing bags and one bag for me all new.. ..For my bag I put in ..... Some warm clothes in case the ward is cold , comfortable top to wear in labour , dressing gown and slippers , breastfeeding bra and breast pads, maternity pads and spey knickers, my pyjamas, towel and toiletries , some clothes to come home in , hair brush and hair bobbles, energy drinks keep my energy up.

my baby bag I put in .... 12 nappies, 3 baby grows and 3 outfits, some barrier cream, baby blanket, sucks on bluetooth 3 pair, 3 pairs of scratch mittens, 5 muslin squares, 3 cotton hats, baby changing mat, and some antibacterial gel.....

I have my weekender bag for clothes for me n baby then a nappy bag for nappies wipes showering stuff for after birth breast pads maternity pads

I have two bags one for me, one for baby...my baby bag consists of the usual, sleep suits, vests, bottles, dummies, nappies, wipes, blankets, cardigans, hats, socks, mittens, cotton wool, suodcrem, mum & me body wash and shampoo, baby oil/cream, muslin squares, sick cloths, baby towels, toys, and two coats one short one full suit. I'm sure I've probably forget to mention something, but u get the idea. My bag has mat pads, disposable knickers, breast pads, toiletries, PJs, nursing bras, snacks, charger, my tech.gadgets, a speaker for music lol, and some change (money). I know it may seem a lot, but last two times I gave birth I stayed in for two weeks with both children, so I always feel it's best to b fully prepared in case of anything.
